Vice President, Consumer Lending

America’s Christian Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Consumer Lending to direct and coordinate all consumer lending, including mortgage and collection activities, ensuring compliance and development of the Credit Union’s lending and collection policy; implement sound credit risk management practices through credit risk management, monitoring and reporting, and overall consumer lending and collection compliance. This position is responsible for supporting a loan origination process that maximizes the effectiveness of the Credit Union’s existing lending philosophy.

Marketing Specialist

ACCU is seeking a Marketing Specialist to oversee the planning, scheduling, and internal communications of multi-channel marketing materials including direct mail, email, website, social, online, in-branch collateral, and other. This person is expected to own portions of the marketing calendar, expense tracking, and coordination of marketing projects including the tracking of results. Responsible for assisting the department stakeholders on all project aspects and elements including project organization and management, clear status updates, budget updates and timelines, project briefs, design options, copy, lists, results expectations, resource requirements.

A successful candidate will be liaison between Marketing and internal key stakeholders including lending, retail branches, call center, Analytics, and project management teams. This key function provides clear, consistent two-way internal communications to ensure that all stakeholders’ needs are understood and are informed on all aspects of Marketing projects that impact their areas.

A minimum of two years of relevant work experience within a Marketing/Communication department at a Bank or Credit Union with a customer/member base greater than 50,000 is preferred.

Education / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • High level aptitude to be able to take ambiguous information and form them into cogent strategies, or goals.
  • Working knowledge of a staple core banking system such as Jack Henry Symitar, or Fiserv DNA.
  • Technical acumen to be able to discuss implementation other key departments and foresight to see down funnel activities and possible friction points.

Commercial Account Executive

ACCU is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to build a commercial client portfolio by identifying for profit and nonprofit commercial prospects and selling banking and lending products to meet their financial needs. New commercial loan credits will be sourced, underwritten, and serviced by the Account Executive.  A portfolio of commercial relationships will be maintained and developed by collecting financial information, identifying cross selling opportunities, detecting financial risk, recommending financial solutions, and addressing ongoing servicing needs.  Work hours will be split between time at the branch offices in Glendora, CA and time spent conducting in person site visits.  This position contributes to the Corporate Services team goals and ACCU enterprise efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience and knowledge with various corporate legal structures and commercial entities including for profit commercial entities as well as non-profit borrowers such as churches and ministries.  The candidate would also have experience understanding and explaining EBITDA and Uniform Cash Flow Analysis (“UCA”) utilizing financial statements and tax returns, financial ratios, debt service coverage calculations, and trend analysis.  Prior experience in Financial Tools software is a plus, as well as other related programs, including Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.  This candidate will be expected to be a self-motivator, organized, detail oriented and diligent about documentation and follow-up with the borrower. The candidate should also be experienced in FFIEC risk rating methodology, and adept at both verbal and written presentation of complex financial analysis.

Loan Servicing Administrator

ACCU is seeking a Loan Servicing Administrator to serve members’ financial needs by answering and researching inquiries.  The Loan Servicing Administrator provides support to internal and external members at ACCU, adheres to Federal and State rules and regulations, performs research and corrective loan adjustments when needed, performs required Quality Control functions, issues Beneficiary Payoff demands as required by State Law, performs payoff processing, DMV Processing and assists Branches and/or Call Center with customer service support. Additionally, this role will perform data entry on our core system (Fiserv DNA), responsible for Consumer Insurance tracking and administration and daily teller balancing. The Loan Servicing Administrator will assist Loan Servicing Manager as needed. Qualifications include: A ywo-year college degree or completion of specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program, or 1-3 years related work experience in Real Estate, Consumer or Commercial Loan Servicing.
