Compliance Officer (32 hrs/wk)
Under the supervision of the AVP of Compliance, this the successful candidate for this newly created position will be responsible for ensuring the policies and procedures of the credit union comply with the appropriate laws and regulations. Analyze new and pending laws that could directly affect the credit union’s current practices. Assist in the development and revision of current policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Ensure all affected areas of the credit union are kept informed of changing laws and procedures for implementation to be completed at the appropriate time.
Electronic Banking Specialist
Under the guidance of the AVP of Digital Products, the Electronic Banking Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, training and on-going support of all electronic banking products and services including but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), ACH Payments, and Business Visa 360. Strong support focus and technical know-how will be needed.
Call Center Manager
As the person responsible for ACCU’s busy call center, this experienced service professional will provide the credit union’s member/owners with prompt, accurate and friendly service, primarily by telephone, assisting them in meeting their financial needs. Supervising a staff of four, the manager will ensure members and potential members receive fast, courteous, and accurate service on the telephone; explain services, set up new accounts/products, respond to problems, and direct callers to the appropriate area; assist, train, and coach the department’s telephone center representatives.
Transaction Processing Specialist
This full-time person will perform key support functions related to processing member account transactions (including ACH, share draft, and ATM transactions), posting and reconciling of activity in credit union general ledger accounts, processing credit union accounts payable, and day to day oversight of credit union deposit accounts and in-clearings.
