Vice President, Chief Member Acquisition Officer 

The VP/Chief Member Acquisition Officer will oversee the Creative Development and Communication department, taking responsibility for guiding the credit union’s marketing, sales, and member acquisition activities. Business Development and member growth are paramount priorities in this role. The VP/CMAO must exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others; the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and capability to interact within all levels of the organizations as well as external constituents. Demonstrated results in strengthening relationships with community constituents, ministries, and non-profits will be required, as will a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.


Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Overseeing a department of seven (7) IT professionals, the VP / CIO has responsibility over all elements of the credit union’s information technology initiatives and projects, and assumes overall control and responsibility for the coordination of data processing systems and information technology for the organization. Supervise, plan, organize, train and evaluate the activities of the assigned staff. Plan, direct, organize and control the operational and data processing activities of the Credit Union. Prepare the annual operating budget for the division and present it to the Chief Financial Officer for approval. Act as liaison with the data processing hardware and software suppliers and maintenance representatives, ensuring efficient and appropriate data processing service. And perform other duties suitable for the professional and effective operation of information technology for a $500 million financial institution. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, and IT certification, strongly preferred.
